This girl is gorgeous, inside and out, and has appeared many times on my blog. A big part of why I love my job so much is having the opportunity to capture these {gone so fast} moments in time for those that I love dearly.

My sweet, happy Lucy girl is 11 months today!
(it was almost impossible to get these pics since she only takes around 5 steps before she falls… I had to plunk and rush back to try grab a pic or two before she fell… probably quite comical to watch!)
This month:
*she started taking steps… eek! in the last week or so those steps became more frequent.
*said “bee-dee” for our dog Brandy – whom she is obsessed with
*had double ear and sinus infections
*got a molar
*thought that baby food was for babies – which she doesn’t think she is
*grew up way too fast
One month till the big bday – eeekk!
I’m not sure how it can be true, but it is. Joey turned 6 last month. He’s grown into a handsome, goofy, and sweet young man. He loves Kindergarten and every morning it’s a K day he is up, dressed and ready to go in record time (kinda refreshing after the more “laidback” approach his older sister has!). He’s on the road to learning how to channel his energy and because of that has discovered all kinds of fun things to do … building lego (which he’s suddenly crazy good at!), coloring and reading. His mama is so thankful that he still likes to snuggle with me, and still thinks I’m the “best, most pretty mom ever”. I feel blessed to be Joey’s mommy, and it is my prayer that he continues to grow in faith and health. He’s a blessing to all of us, and life is certainly never boring with Joey around.
